Return/Exchange Policy

In-Store
Not happy with your purchase? No problem! Little Brick accepts returns up to 10 days after the time of purchase for a full refund with an original receipt. After 10 days, items may be returned for Gift Cards in the amount of the current selling price of the item. Items must be returned in their original, re-sellable condition.

Online
Little Brick will gladly accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned to us in their original, re-sellable condition. Once the items have been received at Little Brick, we will issue your refund.


Should you receive an item in poor or damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

In order to qualify for a return, please contact us at hello@littlebrick.ca so that we can provide you with specific instructions regarding your return. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Policy

Little Brick is proud to be able to ship our great product Canada-wide!  All orders are processed, packed, and shipped from our Edmonton location in Alberta, Canada.  Please allow 24 hours for our team to confirm the status and condition of your purchase. We strive to keep the online inventory updated at all times, but we cannot always guarantee availability. Should the item you are interested in be out of stock, you will be contacted via email to either receive a refund or the option to backorder.

All packages are shipped using Canada Post and can take between 5-10 business days, depending on the destination. We have a standard shipping rate of $15.00 per order. Once your order has been processed, we will email you a notification that your purchase has been shipped and provide you with the tracking information. Sales tax is charged on all orders at the customer’s local tax rate.
