Our talented instructors want to share the tips and secrets that helped to grow their companies.  You’ll be able to take the techniques you learn from us, and pass them down to your friends and family, so they become yours.

Holiday Drinks with Allan Suddaby:

Learn the basics of three essential yuletide libations.  Topics include: formulating your own spice blend for mulled wine and cider; tasting the elegant balance of a classic hot toddy; and making an incomparable eggnog entirely from scratch.  These festive drinks will warm any winter night.

Christmas Shortbread with Erica Vliegenthart:

This hands on class will teach you the basics of a great holiday shortbread.  Get creative with different flavour combinations, and head home with a batch of dough to roll out and bake with your loved ones.

'Tis the season,  and nothing says 'Christmas' like a bountiful collection of holiday greens and flowers. Cory Christopher and team will guide you through the steps of designing your very own Christmas Floral, perfect for adding festive cheer to your home.
